      Data Analyst – Insurance

      Job Description:
      The Data Analyst will support business intelligence and analytics needs, focusing on market expansion for e-commerce insurance across multiple regions. This role involves driving data-driven insights, optimizing business strategies, and enhancing financial performance.

      Responsibilities:

      • Support market expansion for seller e-commerce insurance through data-driven insights.
      • Conduct end-to-end process and business analysis using data from various domains.
      • Develop automated, scalable solutions for data-related business initiatives.
      • Analyze financial impacts on topline and bottomline from insurance initiatives.
      • Drive regular business performance reporting for actionable insights.
      • Collaborate with regional and local business teams for optimization across markets.

      Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
      • 1–5 years of experience in business analytics or related roles.
      • Proficiency in MySQL, Presto SQL, Python, and Spark.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in e-commerce operations and insurance.
      • Ability to work effectively with regional and local teams across markets.
      • Deep curiosity and a data-driven mindset for improving business performance.
