      Sr/Data Analyst, Data Management Unit

      Job Description:
      The Sr/Data Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring organizational compliance with regulatory requirements through accurate and timely data analysis and reporting. This role involves data management, reporting, analysis, and providing actionable insights to improve organizational processes.

      Responsibilities:

      • Collect, extract, clean, and manage data from various sources.
      • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
      • Design, develop, and maintain databases for structured data management and retrieval.
      • Prepare, review, and submit regulatory reports to authorities.
      • Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and adapt reporting processes accordingly.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and report requirements.
      • Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards.
      • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
      • Present data insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
      • Develop documentation for data processing and reporting processes.
      • Provide recommendations for process improvements and reporting efficiency.
      • Automate data extraction, integration, and database management processes.
      • Contribute to data-related strategy and initiatives.
      • Provide project management support for IT-related departmental projects.
      • Perform duties beyond routine responsibilities during critical situations (e.g., infectious disease outbreaks or mass casualty incidents).
      • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or department head.

      Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
      • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in data management and reporting.
      • Proficiency in data management tools and software (e.g., SAS, R, Python, SQL query).
      • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView/Qlik Sense).
      • Experience with OAS/OBIEE dashboard creation and reporting is preferred.
      • Hands-on experience with UiPath (RPA software) is an advantage.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
      • Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and commitment to data accuracy.
      • Preferably experience in health-related settings (e.g., hospitals or public health organizations).
      • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
      • Capability to mentor junior staff for senior positions.
