      Senior Data Analyst – Institutional Data

      Job Description:
      As a Senior Data Analyst for Institutional Data, you will utilize advanced analytical methods to extract insights from large datasets, support business decision-making, and contribute to improving institutional data processes. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging your technical and business expertise to drive success.

      Responsibilities:

      • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
      • Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure data quality.
      • Apply statistical methods to analyze data and develop predictive models.
      • Utilize programming languages such as Python for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
      • Design and implement data models (e.g., Random Forest, Clustering, SVN).
      • Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
      • Collaborate with business units to provide actionable recommendations.
      • Stay updated on industry trends and implement process improvements within the analytics workflow.

      Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
      • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with prior experience in crypto or traditional finance preferred.
      • Strong proficiency in Python programming.
      • Proven experience working with large datasets and performing complex analyses.
      • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
      • Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data visualization techniques.
