      Job Description

      Job Title: Data Manager – Singapore

      SpringCube is seeking a skilled Data Manager on behalf of our client, a leading global strategy consulting firm. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and optimizing data management processes, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into effective solutions.

      This position will be based in Singapore.

      Responsibilities:

      • Develop and implement data management policies and procedures.
      • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with industry standards.
      • Analyze data requirements and formulate data collection plans.
      • Design and implement data normalization processes.
      • Develop queries and perform data analysis to extract meaningful insights.
      • Create data visualizations to communicate trends and patterns.
      • Contribute to data architecture initiatives, including ETL processes and data warehousing.
      • Troubleshoot data issues and provide support to data users.

      Requirements:

      • 3+ years of experience as a data professional (DBA, DB Developer, ETL Developer, or Data Analyst).
      • Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.
      • Experience with data security, data governance, and data quality.
      • Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools.
      • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
      • Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, IT, or a related field.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Knowledge of data security standards in the local market e.g Singapore, Europe or US.
      • Familiarity with AI, data security, and privacy regulations.
      • Experience with data labeling and metadata management.
      • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
