The Role

Required Skills and Experience
5+ years of Data consulting experience, or relevant experience in the AI & Analytics domain, with a strong history of building and maintaining client relationships.
Proven ability to collaborate with customers and partners to identify new Data and AI opportunities, develop proposals, and position solutions effectively.
Experience organizing and leading educational and ideation workshops on AI and Generative AI.
Deep understanding of customer needs and ability to assess their data maturity.
Expertise in evaluating and recommending appropriate data pipelines, frameworks, tools, and platforms.
Proven ability to lead data feasibility studies and PoC projects to demonstrate the value and viability of Data and AI solutions.
Experience developing end-to-end AI PoC projects using Python, Flask, FastAPI, and Streamlit.
Proficiency in cloud services (AWS / GCP / Azure) for deploying PoCs and pipelines.
Experience with big data frameworks both on-premises and on cloud.
Ability to collaborate with AI architects, engineers, and data scientists to develop tailored Data and AI solutions.
Proven ability to lead the integration and deployment of data and AI products.
Strong understanding of big data technologies, streaming applications, and data modeling.
Experience working with customers across various industries, understanding their unique challenges and requirements.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.
Cloud certifications related to data, analytics, and architecture in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
Strong statistical and analytical skills.
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends and challenges in Data, AI, and Generative AI.
Strong leadership skills, with a proactive and self-driven attitude.
Advanced communication and storytelling skills.
High adaptability and flexibility in handling shifting priorities.
