      Machine Learning Engineer – Search Ranking

      Job Description:
      The Machine Learning Engineer will join the Search Ranking Team, responsible for optimizing the relevance, retrieval, and ranking models for the platform’s search engine. The role involves applying cutting-edge AI and machine learning techniques to improve query understanding, video comprehension, and search result ranking. This is a dynamic opportunity to contribute to a world-leading search engine system while working in a collaborative and innovative environment.

      Responsibilities:

      • Optimize search algorithms to enhance user experiences.
      • Develop and improve search ranking models using AI, NLP, CV, and machine learning techniques.
      • Enhance query understanding, video analysis, and ranking systems to meet product objectives.

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related technical fields.
      • Strong coding skills and expertise in algorithms and data structures using C++, Python, or Java.
      • At least 5 years of experience in Search/Recommendation systems.
      • Solid knowledge of machine learning with practical application experience.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
      • Modeling expertise in fields such as Ads, Search engines, Recommender Systems, NLP, or CV.
