      Senior AI Engineer

      Job Description
      The Senior AI Engineer is responsible for defining AI use cases, building analytical models, and embedding them into operational systems to deliver measurable business outcomes. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, leveraging advanced AI techniques, and influencing strategic decisions.

      Responsibilities

      1. AI Use Case Development
        • Define objectives and technical requirements for AI initiatives.
        • Translate business needs into mathematical models.
      2. Analytical Model Implementation
        • Build and refine machine learning, deep learning, and statistical models.
        • Embed AI solutions into business processes.
      3. Technical Collaboration
        • Work with large-scale computing frameworks, data analysis systems, and modeling environments.
        • Collaborate with developers and architects to deploy AI models.
      4. Thought Leadership and Mentorship
        • Lead technical efforts in AI projects.
        • Mentor junior professionals and contribute to organizational knowledge.

      Requirements

      • Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in a relevant field with extensive experience in AI and data science.
      • Proficiency in machine learning, deep learning (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and production-scale AI systems.
      • Expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and software engineering design patterns.
      • Strong business acumen and ability to align AI initiatives with strategic goals.
      • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
