      Job Description
      The Associate AI Scientist / AI Scientist will join a global Artificial Intelligence team, contributing to breakthrough projects addressing real-world challenges. The role involves building cutting-edge AI products in collaboration with developers, data engineers, and architects. Candidates with relevant experience may be considered for the AI Scientist role.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Develop and implement AI and machine learning solutions for real-world business problems.
      • Explore and apply recent technologies and approaches for data science challenges.
      • Work with large-scale, multi-terabyte datasets in scalable environments.
      • Design and optimize highly accurate, scalable data science models.
      • Analyze business processes and data consumption to select the best AI approaches.
      • Continuously evaluate, refine, and communicate system performance and results.
      • Collaborate with global teams, customers, and partners to understand business requirements.
      • Solve regression issues and perform quality assurance tasks.
      • Work in Agile/Scrum development environments.

      Educational and Experience Requirements
      Required:

      • Undergraduate, Post-Graduate, or Ph.D. specialization in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent.
      • 0–3 years of experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in enterprise software or cloud applications.
      • Publication track record in deep learning, machine learning, large language, or foundational models.
      • Proficient in modern deep learning concepts and machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn, GPT).
      • Strong programming skills in Python, C++, Java, or Scala.
      • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

      Optional:

      • Operational knowledge of Linux distributions (RedHat, Ubuntu, SUSE).
      • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative Pre-trained Transformers (GPT), and foundational models.
