      AI Engineer for AI Singapore (AI Products)

      Job Description
      The AI Engineer will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of AI scientists, apprentices, and engineers to experiment, develop, and deploy AI solutions that enhance business operations for Singapore companies.

      Duties and Responsibilities

      • Develop new and iterate on existing software and systems using software engineering best practices and AI technologies.
      • Prepare and analyze data, create AI models, perform coding, testing, validation, and deploy reliable, scalable AI solutions.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions and resolve technical issues.
      • Leverage problem-solving skills to address user concerns with empathy.
      • Maintain code repositories and documentation standards.
      • Contribute to community engagement activities, including technical meet-ups, articles, and discussion forums.
      • Self-learn and experiment with new frameworks and technologies as required.

      Qualifications

      • Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or other relevant quantitative fields.
      • Experience in writing production-level code in Python and/or C++.
      • Proficiency in other programming languages, particularly for web application development, is advantageous.
      • Hands-on experience with AI/Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
      • Experience using deployment tools like Docker.
      • Familiarity with deploying solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and/or edge devices is advantageous.
      • Prior experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) is advantageous.
      • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is advantageous.
      • Strong skills in data storytelling, information visualization/UX, and technical writing.
