Job Description: Software Architect – Zscaler

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Architect with a strong background in network security and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, deploying, and managing complex security solutions, with a deep understanding of Zscaler technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, deploy, configure, integrate, and manage Zscaler solutions (ZIA, ZPA)
• Ensure optimal performance and security of network infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and security issues
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8-11 years of experience in network security and cloud technologies
• Strong knowledge of network security concepts (SSL/TLS, VPNs, Firewall, IDS/IPS)
• Expertise in authentication systems (LDAP, SAML, AD, Azure AD, MFA)
• Proven experience in migrating internet traffic from on-premises to SASE-based solutions
• Deep understanding of Zscaler NSS and NSS log recovery
• Proficiency in Zscaler SASE product integration with Splunk/SIEM and SOC
• Strong knowledge of OSPF/BGP routing in complex environments
• Experience with DNS, proxy products, and PAC file servers
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for NAT and IPSEC VPNs
• Familiarity with various network devices and their configurations
• Knowledge of Azure networking concepts (VNET, Express Route, DNS, IPsec tunnels, NSG, VPN Gateway, Azure Firewalls, Azure Security)
• Optional: Experience in banking environments and global security standards

Additional Requirements:

• Strong Zscaler (ZIA)/Proxy design, build, and rollout skills
