Cyber Security Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of network and security technologies, and a proven track record of designing and implementing secure system architectures.

Responsibilities:

• Production Level 3 support for Network and Security infrastructure.
• Design, develop, and implement secure system architectures.
• Embed security principles into the design of system architectures to mitigate risks.
• Design and develop security-related artefacts and documentation.
• Perform routine security reviews and audits.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s technology and information systems.
• Plan, research, and design robust and secure architectures for IT projects.
• Define, create, implement, and maintain corporate security policies and procedures.
• Develop requirements for IT assets (routers, firewalls, LANs, WANs, VPNs, etc.).
• Review and approve the installation of security technologies.
• Prepare cost estimates for cybersecurity measures.
• Provide technical guidance and supervision for security teams.
• Lead security awareness programs and educational efforts.
• Respond to security incidents promptly and effectively.
• Update and upgrade security systems as needed.
• Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and complete mandatory training.

Skills:

• Minimum 8 years of IT systems management experience, including 5+ years in financial institutions.
• Deep expertise in Systems, Network, and Security.
• Hands-on experience with emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and logical skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve complex issues.

Technical Skills:

• Cisco: ACI, Nexus, Catalyst, DNAC, ISE, iOS, NXOS
• Arista: Switches, EOS
• Programming: Python, Bash, Ansible

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends.
• On-call availability for support during non-business hours.
