IT Application Software Service Consultant

Job Description:

Teamwork is essential as we collaborate to swiftly resolve customer concerns. Strong communication skills, effective time management, and adaptability are crucial for successful campaign delivery.

Take ownership of customer issues, serving as the primary point of contact and internal advocate.

Identify, analyze, and address root causes to prevent future occurrences. Work closely with consultants and engineers to promptly resolve escalated issues.

Empathize with customers’ challenges and strive for timely resolutions.

Maintain meticulous records of customer inquiries and feedback, organizing them in a centralized database.

Thrive in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision, demonstrating independence and self-motivation.

Possess a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of urgency.

Exhibit analytical and process-oriented thinking.

Collaborate effectively as part of a team.

Maintain a professional demeanor and diplomatic approach.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Diploma, Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer Science, Computer Engineering) or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of experience in helpdesk support or a related role within the technology industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented and empathetic mindset.
  • Proven time management and organizational abilities to effectively address customer issues.
  • Excellent command of English. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus (Ability to handle English and Chinese-speaking customers’ issues and provide timely resolutions.)
