Data Analytics Lead
What You’ll Be Doing (Role Responsibilities)
As a Data Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of 4-5 data analysts and driving data-driven decision-making within the Marketing department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:

- Partner with Data Engineering to optimize data pipelines and improve data reliability.
- Collaborate with other data analytics teams to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Data Analysis and Insights:
- Lead complex data analysis projects to uncover valuable insights.
- Develop compelling visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings effectively.
- Design and analyze A/B experiments to optimize marketing strategies.
- Deep dive into user behavior data to identify opportunities for improvement.
What You’ll Need to Succeed (Role Requirements)
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading a team of data analysts.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business objectives and the ability to translate them into data-driven strategies.
- Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI), and statistical analysis techniques.
- A/B Testing Expertise: Extensive experience in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with web analytics tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics 4), data engineering tools (Databricks, DBT), and CRM systems (Braze).
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A creative and analytical approach to problem-solving.
