Data Analyst Intern

Job Description

This is a six-month internship from January to June 2025. Applicants must commit full-time to the internship.

Responsibilities

• Member Performance Tracking:

• Support monthly CRM KPI tracking and analyze performance trends.

• Design and optimize campaign tracking templates and provide post-campaign analysis.

• Evaluate customer lifecycle communication to suggest improvements for customer retention.

• System Follow-up & Data Hygiene:

• Liaise with regional teams to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.

• Address reporting requirements effectively.

• CRM Strategy Support:

• Prepare and organize data for analysis, ensuring accuracy.

• Assist in interpreting data findings into actionable strategies.

• Handle ad-hoc assignments from the manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and synthesize data independently.

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong logical reasoning and numerical skills.

• Positive attitude and ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

• Confidence, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure.

• Experience in the beauty or fashion industry is an advantage.
