Job Description

• Develop and enhance operational data monitoring systems for game projects, detecting anomalies and risks through daily data tracking.

• Conduct specialized data analyses, including churn attribution, version effectiveness, activity effectiveness, user profiling, delivery analysis, and brand effectiveness evaluations.

• Analyze user behavior and game content performance, building indicator systems and algorithm models to support game product, operation, and marketing strategies.

• Assist in operational and advertising data integration, automation tools, and platform development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data-related fields; experience in the gaming industry or data analysis is preferred.

• Proficient in data collection, analysis methods, and tools, with knowledge of data modeling and algorithms such as decision trees, clustering, and regression analysis.

• Strong interest in gaming, with a user-centric mindset for independent research projects and comprehensive data reporting.

• Excellent logical thinking, analytical, teamwork, and communication skills.
