Job Description

• Responsible for data work related to game content design, tuning, and monetization, including establishing analysis systems, monitoring daily data, conducting case analyses, and building mathematical models.

• Provide data support for operation strategies through global data analysis, player behavior analysis, and game performance evaluations.

• Lead the development of a global data platform to standardize, industrialize, and ensure compliance in data administration and application.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in data analysis and research projects, including the entire lifecycle of at least one mobile game.

• Proficient in SQL and data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, Python, or SAS.

• Familiarity with data mining models like clustering, regression, and decision trees.

• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and project execution skills, with the ability to collaborate with designers and developers.

• Passion for gaming, particularly anime-style games, is preferred.
