Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement complex solutions on the Genesys Cloud CX platform, including voice and digital channels.
• Integrate Genesys Cloud CX with various third-party systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Genesys Cloud CX configurations and integrations.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Java and YAML.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.¹
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Genesys Cloud CX features and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX, including voice and digital channel implementations.
• Strong proficiency in Java programming and YAML configuration.
• Deep understanding of Genesys Cloud CX architecture, APIs, and integrations.
• Experience with multi-DC deployments and disaster recovery strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.²

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Genesys Cloud CX scripting and customization.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Certifications in Genesys Cloud CX or related technologies.
