Job Description
Implement and oversee comprehensive security requirements across all systems, ensuring strict adherence to established security policies and standards. Identify and address potential design gaps, proposing innovative enhancements to mitigate risks effectively.
Align the organization’s security architecture, frameworks, and standards seamlessly with overall business strategies and operational requirements, fostering a unified and robust approach to cybersecurity.
Conduct rigorous security compliance checks to guarantee systems’ adherence to cybersecurity policies and procedures, proactively addressing any identified non-compliance issues.
Prepare and present insightful, comprehensive reports to top management, providing a clear overview of the organization’s security posture through a detailed security dashboard.
Mentor and guide a talented team of cybersecurity engineers, cultivating a strong culture of security awareness and ensuring consistent compliance with policies to uphold the organization’s high cybersecurity standards.
Skills & Experience
Minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, coupled with relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA. Additional certifications in cloud security (e.g., CCSK, CCSP) or specific security technologies are highly valued.
A deep understanding of security architecture, frameworks, and standards. Proven experience with a wide range of cybersecurity technologies, risk management principles, and compliance practices.
A strong track record in developing and implementing robust security strategies that align seamlessly with business objectives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, enabling the assessment of security risks and the implementation of effective solutions.
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
