Technical Security Project Manager – Security Tools Operation

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical strategy and management for cross-functional security projects. Projects will deliver operational security services, including cloud, endpoint, data protection, content assurance, incident management, security metrics, or other traditional security disciplines.
• Coordinate stakeholder workstreams across disciplines and regions.
• Create and maintain project plans and roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities; define delivery methodologies and drive project execution.
• Present technical project goals, architecture diagrams, designs, and updates to a diverse audience, including engineering teams, executives, legal, and privacy teams.
• Assemble high-performing teams with the right skills, including subject matter experts, project sponsors, and operational resources.
• Collaborate closely with security, privacy, and engineering leaders to understand organizational priorities and sequence/deprioritize projects accordingly.
• Manage various collaboration tools and reporting dashboards to ensure accurate and timely status updates on project execution.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of technical security operations or security engineering experience, with expertise in at least one of the following areas: endpoint protection, network security, cloud security, identity and authentication, Secure SDLC, etc.
• Proven ability to drive technical programs from inception to delivery at scale.
• Experience operating autonomously and leading cross-functional teams with stakeholders in different disciplines and time zones.
• Strong critical thinking and thought leadership skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities for large-scale systems.
• Experience working in a global organization.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of management experience, including team leadership.
