Job Title: Leader/Architect of Security Tech Control Validation – Global Security Organisation

Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and implement open and scalable security validation frameworks to automate security testing, validation, and reporting processes.
• Implement security validation in various security domains, including network security, cloud security, endpoint security, Secure SDLC, Identity and authentication, etc.
• Design and implement domain-specific validation infrastructure and utilities.
• Prioritize target validation domains in collaboration with a cross-functional team.
• Establish supporting teams for technical control validation, such as operations and SRE teams.
• Collaborate with internal and external service providers to identify cost-effective solutions.
• Develop validation strategies aligned with stakeholder requirements.
• Define and implement service level agreements (SLAs) for the validation framework.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
2. Proven experience with security automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Ansible, Jenkins, Chef, Puppet).
3. Substantial product or development experience with security testing tools (SAST, DAST, IAST, RASP, WAF, HIDS, etc.).
4. Strong understanding of Secure SDLC and industry best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in at least two programming languages: Python, Java, Go, Bash, C/C++, shell; Excellent debugging skills.
2. In-depth knowledge of Breach-as-a-Service (BaaS) frameworks.
3. Broad understanding of various security domains.
4. Excellent teamwork skills and experience working across different time zones.
