Cybersecurity Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the cybersecurity domain.
    • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including C-level executives and IT decision-makers.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Sales:
    • Generate, qualify, and manage a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
    • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
    • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
    • Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns.
    • Upsell and cross-sell additional cybersecurity solutions and services.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity sales or a related field.
    • Proven track record of success in achieving sales quotas and exceeding targets.
  • Skills and Knowledge:
    • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including emerging threats and solutions.
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales methodologies.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
  • Language Skills:
    • Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).

  • Revenue generated
  • Number of new customers acquired
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Pipeline growth and conversion rates
  • Upsell and cross-sell revenue
