About the Role
Our client, a leading IT services company in Singapore, is seeking an experienced Solution Sales Manager specializing in networking solutions. This role is ideal for candidates with a technical background in networking who are looking to transition into or advance their career in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of networking solutions, including technologies such as Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, and other leading providers, to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with presales and technical teams to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying business needs and proposing networking solutions that meet their objectives.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of networking solutions to clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned accounts and territories to maximize business opportunities.
- Stay updated on networking technology trends to effectively position solutions and provide expert guidance to clients.
Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or a similar technical role focused on networking solutions.
- Strong expertise in networking technologies; certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Aruba ACMA/ACMP, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Proven ability to translate technical knowledge into impactful business solutions.
- A sales-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory—ideal for candidates in presales or solution architecture roles who are keen to transition into sales.
