Job Description

Contribute to the growth of a billion-dollar global monetization effort by improving and innovating large-scale app ads delivery systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver state-of-the-art machine learning models and scalable ad solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Developing and optimizing large-scale app ad delivery systems to enhance accuracy.
2. Innovating multi-stage ranking models through data analysis and feature engineering.
3. Driving advancements in core app ads systems with machine learning models and ranking algorithms.
4. Collaborating with product managers, data scientists, and strategy teams to launch new ad products and features.

Qualifications

Required:

1. A BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines.
2. 3+ years of experience applying machine learning methods for ranking.
3. Strong software development skills with expertise in Python or C++. Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or MXNet is essential.
4. Hands-on experience with industry-level recommender systems.
5. Proficiency in online experimentation methods, analytics, and statistical principles.
6. A curious mindset and a passion for new technologies and entrepreneurial challenges.
