Job Description

SpringCube is currently recruiting for the following position:

Our client, a fast growing cloud based cybersecurity company is currently seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to join their dynamic team in Singapore. This organization, which has recently secured significant venture funding, is poised for rapid growth across Asia, particularly in Southeast Asia, Korea, and India.In this exciting role, the Head of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for building and scaling the talent acquisition team from the ground up. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in high-growth environments and have experience establishing recruitment frameworks that attract top-tier talent. This position will report directly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition based in San Francisco, California.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic talent acquisition plan to meet the company’s ambitious growth targets.
  • Build and lead a high-performing TA team in Singapore while expanding recruitment efforts across the broader Asian market.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive innovative recruitment strategies to enhance employer branding and attract diverse talent.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in setting up and scaling a talent acquisition function within a fast-paced tech or cybersecurity company.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment landscape in Asia, with established networks in the region.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
