Job Description:
The role focuses on leveraging data analytics to improve operational efficiency, supporting various teams such as Customer Service and AML Operations. It involves metric definition, actionable analysis, report automation, and delivering insights to enhance decision-making within operations teams.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with operations teams to identify needs and pain points, translating them into data analytics problems.
• Define business metrics and develop analyses that lead to actionable insights for continuous operational improvements.
• Act as a subject matter expert in banking data, consolidating data from multiple sources to drive decision-making.
• Design, automate, and maintain reports and dashboards for management and business users.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and create visualizations to address business issues.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Analytics, IT, Finance, Statistics, or related fields.
• Relevant experience in analytics roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Ability to thrive in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the finance/banking industry.
• Background in business intelligence within the finance sector.
