Machine Learning Engineer, Business Integrity

Job Description:
This role involves designing advanced machine learning solutions to support business integrity and monetization strategies. Responsibilities include overseeing content understanding of commercial products (ads, e-commerce, short video, live streaming), developing scalable ML models for monetization, and building a content understanding system with techniques like pre-training, self-supervised learning, and few-shot learning. Additionally, the role focuses on implementing AIGC-based monetization systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead content understanding for commercial products, including ads and e-commerce.
2. Create and optimize scalable machine learning models for the monetization ecosystem.
3. Improve computational efficiency for large-scale business data.
4. Implement and experiment with advanced technologies like pre-training and self-supervised learning.
5. Explore AIGC techniques to develop next-generation monetization systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in machine learning techniques (classification, clustering, regression, etc.) with proficiency in a deep learning framework (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience in at least one area: computer vision, NLP, audio processing, multimodal ML, graph networks, or model acceleration techniques.
• Proficiency in data structures and algorithms, strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Curiosity for emerging technologies, with a high level of integrity and responsibility.
• Experience publishing in top AI conferences or journals is a plus.
• Familiarity with generative models (e.g., GPT, Stable Diffusion) is advantageous.
