Job Description

Senior Cyber Security Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality technical and maintenance support for our suite of products.
• Ensure optimal customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective support.
• Resolve escalated customer complaints independently.
• Document troubleshooting and problem-resolution steps for future reference.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science/IT or related field with a minimum of 3 years of cybersecurity experience.
• Strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Resourceful, creative, and independent, with excellent teamwork skills.
• Action-oriented and customer-focused.
• Proactive and deadline-oriented.
• Takes ownership of technical issues and collaborates with senior engineers on complex problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, OSI Layer, network security, network routing, and switching.
• Proven troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to be on 24/7 standby call rotation.
• Advanced proficiency in Gemalto, RSA, Splunk, SEP, and other cybersecurity technologies.

Other Information:

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
• Compensation: Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience
• Benefits: Performance-based bonuses
• On-Call Requirements: 24/7 standby call rotation on weekends
• Position Type: Permanent
