Role Overview

In this role, you will be part of the team responsible for the recommendation algorithms used by the company’s video creation tools. You will work to optimize user growth and content distribution efficiency across apps like CapCut and Hypic, enhancing user experiences through a deep understanding of machine learning technologies and user behavior.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize the core recommendation algorithms and strategies for video creation tools globally.
• Enhance user growth efficiency by improving content distribution across platforms such as CapCut and Hypic.
• Leverage machine learning technologies to enhance user experience during content creation.
• Support the development and deployment of scalable and optimized AI/ML models.
• Build algorithms for the extraction, transformation, and loading of large volumes of real-time, unstructured data.
• Run experiments to test model performance and resolve bugs that arise.
• Collaborate with a team to apply knowledge in statistics, scripting, and programming.

Key Requirements

• Strong coding skills and a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in machine learning and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with areas such as computer vision, natural language processing, or data mining.
• Practical ability, with papers published in top academic conferences like CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, etc., preferred.
