Machine Learning Engineer – E-commerce Governance

Role Overview
In this role, you will be working with cutting-edge AI technology to improve the platform’s e-commerce service, focusing on risk detection, governance, and ensuring a sustainable, fair ecosystem. The team works on advanced algorithms and data models to support various business operations and improve product experience and efficiency. The role is based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and apply algorithms to identify and predict risks related to merchants, products, and creators within the e-commerce ecosystem.
Build data models that help identify events and behaviors affecting product experience and efficiency, contributing to the creation of a sustainable and high-quality platform.
Participate in the development of large-scale graph storage and learning platforms to improve governance within the e-commerce community.
Conduct research on advanced technologies in machine learning, graph learning, and sequence learning to optimize machine learning models.
Collaborate with business teams to enhance platform security and operational efficiency.
Key Requirements
Educational Background: B.Sc. or higher degree in Computer Science or related fields from accredited institutions.
Technical Skills:
Strong coding abilities, familiar with deep learning, graph neural networks, and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, DGL, pyg, and sklearn.
Expertise in algorithms related to graph learning, sequence learning, and machine learning, with experience in graph modeling, node classification, community mining, and more.
Proficiency in numpy and pandas for modeling and big data tools like Hive, Spark, and Hadoop.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, particularly from a large-scale internet business.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with applications of machine learning and graph learning algorithms in areas like data mining, search recommendation, and content governance.
