About the Team

This global team spans multiple continents, including Australia, China, the USA, and Singapore, to drive applied data science, engineering, and platform solutions that fuel the company’s rapid growth. This role involves collaboration with a variety of cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to tackle complex data challenges and contribute to the evolution of fintech.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define, understand, and test opportunities to enhance the product, influencing roadmaps with insights and recommendations.
2. Analyze large, complex data sets to address diverse business problems using statistical and analytical methods.
3. Utilize quantitative analysis, experimentation, and data mining to develop and present data-driven product strategies.
4. Set goals, forecast, and monitor product metrics to identify trends and measure success.
5. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to guide product strategy and investment decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of industry experience with an advanced degree in a quantitative field.
  • Proficiency in data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), and statistical software (e.g., R); schema design and data modeling experience is a plus.
  • Strong ability to communicate analysis results to executives and teams for strategic influence.
  • Skilled in statistical analysis to support data-informed decision-making.
• Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in technology, financial services, or high-growth environments.
