Role Summary
As a Data Analyst in the Demand Planning and Supply Management team, you will leverage your data analytics expertise to uncover insights, solve complex problems, and drive business decisions. You will be instrumental in identifying trends and patterns in large datasets, building predictive models, and collaborating with various teams to improve operational efficiency and inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data to inform and support business decision-making processes.
• Problem Solving: Apply data-driven approaches to tackle ambiguous business problems, providing clarity and actionable insights.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and present metrics, reports, and dashboards to stakeholders, translating complex data into understandable insights.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.
• Predictive Modeling: Perform statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and use machine learning techniques to build predictive models.
• Communication: Present findings to senior management and stakeholders, using visualization tools to effectively communicate complex information.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on optimization, reporting, visualization, and lifecycle management.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, data modeling, and mining techniques.
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python or R, and common data science toolkits (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong project management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to align data analytics initiatives with business goals.
