Role Summary

You will contribute to the measurement of product health, track core metrics, and uncover growth opportunities. Your insights will help drive business decisions and improve strategies in collaboration with product management, machine learning engineers, and research teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Conduct analysis on live video-related business, including user experience, creator ecosystem, and agency management.
• Metrics Framework: Design metrics to measure product health, track core metrics, and analyze the root causes of metric changes.
• Scientific Evaluation: Apply statistical methods such as A/B testing and causal inference to evaluate business strategies.
• Growth Opportunities: Use data analytics to identify growth opportunities, working with cross-functional teams to improve product and business strategies.
• Research & Innovation: Contribute to improving data science methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of related work experience.
  • Expertise in SQL and proficiency in programming with Python or R.
  • Strong analytical, causal reasoning, and statistical skills, with excellent communication abilities.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in live video-related business.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and recommendation systems.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies.
