Role Overview
As a Data Scientist within the AI/ML/Data Analytics team, you’ll be instrumental in developing state-of-the-art models that shape the future of advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) and automated driving (AD) technologies. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll leverage AI and machine learning to enhance customer experiences, optimize operations, and contribute to sustainable automotive solutions. This role, based in Singapore, offers a unique chance to make a global impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead R&D for AD/ADAS products, applying AI, ML, and DL technologies.
• Develop proofs-of-concept for AI-driven enhancements and support data governance frameworks for sustainable AI utilization.
• Conduct experiments and refine methodologies to optimize ML performance with limited data.
• Collaborate with software and hardware engineering teams to design and implement solutions.
• Promote continuous improvement by applying the latest AI advancements to ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree or higher in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in AI-focused roles, with a solid foundation in AI/ML model development and deployment.
• Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and advanced NLP techniques. Experience with large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT) is a plus.
• Competencies:
  • Proven experience in high-performance, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and effective time management.

Preferred Qualifications
