Senior/Executive AI/ML Engineer (Intelligent Transport Systems Development)

Role Overview
The Senior/Executive AI/ML Engineer will be part of a dynamic team driving the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies within the organization. The role focuses on designing, developing, testing, and deploying AI/ML solutions, including prototypes and minimum viable products (MVPs), to address challenges in traffic, road management, and operational systems. Key responsibilities include developing AI models in computer vision and generative AI, implementing data pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, train, build, deploy, and maintain AI models in computer vision, generative AI, and machine learning for various use cases.
• Develop and implement data pipelines tailored to AI applications.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, NLP engineers, software developers, and domain experts to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Engage users regularly to iterate and enhance application features to meet their needs.
• Evaluate and propose new technology adoptions to support challenges, establish best practices, and promote knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years with DevOps tools, Agile software development, and version control (e.g., Git).
  • Minimum of 3 years in AI/ML, data science, or cloud application development, with a focus on model and data quality improvement and automated AI processes.
  • Experience in managing large-scale data pipelines for NLP, Large Language Models, Conversational AI, computer vision, and machine learning applications.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, teamwork abilities, and curiosity for exploring new technologies.

• Excellent teamwork skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
