Role Overview
The Machine Learning Engineer will be part of the Advanced Analytics team and support core telecommunication business activities such as ML operations, campaign automation, data pipeline development, production monitoring, and dashboard development. The role involves translating prototypes into production code, maintaining automation jobs, monitoring data quality, and supporting continuous research into data sources to enhance targeting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate prototypes into production-ready code.
• Set up data pipelines, job monitoring, and alerts in production environments.
• Maintain automation jobs and ensure data quality monitoring.
• Develop and maintain campaign performance tracking on production dashboards.
• Explore and research internal and external data sources to improve targeting strategies.
• Implement DataOps/MLOps pipelines for production environments.

Qualifications

• Required Experience:
  • A degree in engineering, science, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field, or fresh graduates with exceptional backgrounds are also considered.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, and SQL.
  • Experience with data engineering and big data frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Impala, Hive).
  • Familiarity with MLOps, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
  • Experience in ETL development, data profiling, and data quality management.
  • Strong teamwork skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Additional Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills with a meticulous and proactive personality.
  • Ability to work independently while staying dynamic and adaptable.
