Role Overview
The Data Scientist in Search & Recommendation is responsible for designing and managing machine-learning-powered recommendation services, focusing on personalization, strategic impact, and business integration. This role requires expertise in recommendation systems and AI, leveraging data to drive high-impact, AI-driven solutions that align with core business goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage search and recommendation models to enhance personalization services.
• Apply advanced understanding of recommendation systems, tailoring models to drive business impact.
• Develop core modules with a data-driven approach to maximize strategic outcomes.
• Identify growth opportunities and define success metrics in collaboration with Business and Product teams.
• Collaborate globally, ensuring seamless integration of AI solutions with development teams.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics.
• Minimum of 5 years’ industry experience in relevant roles.
• Strong experience with popular machine learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Proficiency in scalable application development practices.
• Excellent team collaboration skills, with global collaboration experience as an asset.
• Publication record at top conferences and journals is a plus.
