This opportunity seeks a Data Science Consultant to join the Client Solutions Group (CSG) Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Advanced Architectures Team in the Singapore Design Center.
What You’ll Achieve
As a Data Scientist within the CSG CTO Advanced Architectures team, you will gain applied data science experience, utilizing established university and industry connections to develop AI and Machine Learning solutions across client devices. This role involves contributing to CTO AI initiatives by collaborating with a team of data scientists, machine learning, and software engineers to research, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions for a global user base.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to integrate and deploy AI applications on client devices with backend cloud integration.
Operate within a diverse range of telemetry collection and deployment environments, including client OSes, real-time OS, and embedded firmware.
Develop AI/ML software tailored for client silicon, applying an in-depth understanding of client device ecosystems.
Conduct experiments to train, tune, and optimize ML/DL models for client devices.
Translate business questions into compelling use cases, providing insights using data and statistical methods, and advocate for data-driven strategies.
Requirements
Master’s degree or higher in AI/ML, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or other relevant quantitative fields; minimum requirements are Bachelor’s + 8 years, MS + 5 years, or Ph.D. + 2 years of experience.
Strong experience in Microsoft Windows OS, including client SDKs, MS DirectML, WinML, MS Graph, and experience in embedded device development in at least one RTOS.
Advanced understanding of AI/ML algorithms, especially in Generative AI, and expertise in AI/ML optimization for resource-constrained environments with familiarity in Deep Learning libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and TensorRT.
Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex analytical methods to technical and business stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in software development or cross-functional teams, with proven mentorship and coaching abilities.
Desirable Skills
Experience with Azure-based applications and leading small teams.
Knowledge of Open Neural Network Exchange (ONNX) models, ONNX runtime, and experience with hardware vendor toolchains such as Intel OpenVino, Qualcomm QNN, NVIDIA CUDA, or AMD Ryzen AI Software.
