Role Overview
As a Data Scientist, you will collaborate with data experts, analysts, and internal stakeholders to enhance business insights through data science. Working within the Technology Transformation Group, this role involves developing and deploying models to drive strategic objectives by delivering actionable insights on visitor behaviors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management
   • Lead projects involving external vendors and stakeholders, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
   • Partner with cross-functional teams to deploy models into analytics and production platforms.
2. Advanced Analytics and Data Science Applications
   • Process and analyze large, complex datasets, applying advanced analytical methods to solve business use cases.
   • Develop machine learning models, such as recommendation engines and predictive models, to enhance analytics capabilities.
   • Support strategic teams in converting data insights into actionable recommendations.
3. Data Collection and Management
   • Enhance data collection methods for improved model building and industry insights.
   • Assess new data sources and coordinate with partners to create large datasets for business requirements.
   • Contribute to the design of integrated data models for in-depth analysis across diverse datasets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Data Science, Applied Mathematics & Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience developing ML/AI models, including deploying medium to large-scale systems.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex data insights to business audiences.
• Strong foundation in statistical analysis (e.g., linear models, regression) and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with AWS services (e.g., SageMaker, Lambda) and Qliksense is advantageous.
• Experience with DevOps/MLOps for model deployment and managing structured/unstructured datasets.
• Proficiency in R, Python, and SQL.
