Role Overview
The company seeks an enthusiastic, dynamic Data Scientist Intern ready to tackle diverse deep learning and computer vision tasks within the FinTech sector. You will work closely with the KYC data science team, attend daily standups, engage in live production projects, and contribute to prototype development.

Team Overview
The KYC Data Science team builds machine learning models that ensure a secure and trusted payment platform. Team members bring diverse expertise in mathematics, statistics, and machine learning to tackle critical business problems. The team values the intersection of technical skill and business impact, fostering an environment rich in knowledge sharing and collaborative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle various data types, including images, videos, and text.
• Design, train, quantize, and deploy deep learning and computer vision models.
• Develop unit tests, and document features, while evaluating and benchmarking model quality.
• Communicate effectively with your supervisor or team buddy for daily tasks.

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge in developing Deep Learning/Computer Vision and classic ML models for real-world applications.
• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks, particularly PyTorch.
• Strong communication skills for understanding business needs and conveying results effectively.
• Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation.
• Capability to work both independently and within a team environment.
