Job Description
The Data Scientist will join the Advanced Analytics team and support data-driven decision-making to improve customer experience and drive revenue growth. By developing machine learning models and delivering analytical insights, this role is crucial to predicting market trends and guiding business operations. This position involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to craft, implement, and communicate data insights that enhance decision-making and fuel growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate business needs into problem statements, architect ML/AI solutions, and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Model Integration: Develop analytical models and integrate them into a customer-centric decision engine.
• Insights Communication: Present findings and promote data-driven approaches across the organization.
• Behavioral Analysis: Analyze customer behavior to improve product and service offerings.
• Campaign Management: Create and optimize automated campaigns, leveraging real-time triggers for targeted outreach.

Job Requirements

• Educational Background: Degree in engineering, applied mathematics, statistics, machine learning, or a similar quantitative field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and SQL, along with strong knowledge of statistical modeling and data visualization.
• Leadership and Organizational Skills: Demonstrated leadership experience and a conscientious approach to work.
• Communication and People Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and engage with diverse teams.
