Job Description
As a Senior Data Scientist specializing in Growth Analytics, you will join a global team of data scientists and analysts. This role focuses on delivering data insights, campaign analysis, and optimization to enhance customer performance and drive business outcomes. Working cross-functionally, you will support clients’ campaign goals through data validation, campaign optimization, and collaboration with various teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis: Conduct data gathering, analysis, and presentation, creating custom visualizations, queries, and automated reports to share insights with stakeholders.
  • Data Validation: Ensure accuracy of data from ad exchanges and mobile-app tracking solutions to optimize campaign models.
  • Campaign Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, collaborate with sales on tailored analysis, and provide actionable insights for client success.
  • Business Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to refine products and services, prioritizing strategies that drive client growth.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree or equivalent experience with 6+ years working with statistical packages (e.g., Python, SQL).
  • Statistics and Programming: Strong foundation in experimental design, hypothesis testing, regression, time-series analysis, Python, and SQL.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent skills in presenting technical insights to various audiences and building relationships with stakeholders.
  • Client-Centric: A customer-focused mindset and the ability to balance projects and adapt strategies for business impact.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Education: Ph.D. in a quantitative discipline.
  • Experience: Background in ad-tech or consulting; bilingual abilities in English and Chinese are advantageous.
  • Skills: Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, project ownership, and leadership with a commitment to continuous learning and teaching.
