Senior Algorithm Engineer (Singapore)

Key Job Responsibilities

• Algorithm Development: Design, implement, and refine algorithms to drive next-generation eKYC products, including document OCR, face recognition, and liveness detection for customer onboarding.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, engineers, and business teams to ensure seamless integration of advanced algorithms.
• Platform Integration: Collaborate with the Platform team to build and optimize the autoML pipeline, enhancing algorithm efficiency and speed.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and execute optimizations to boost the efficiency and scalability of algorithms.
• Testing Frameworks: Develop robust frameworks to ensure algorithm reliability across diverse application scenarios.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 1.5+ years of experience in designing and implementing algorithms, particularly for Computer Vision.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, and familiarity with machine learning and deep learning frameworks.
• Proven experience delivering high-performance ML-driven products.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
