Key Job Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a strategic partner across departments—such as Sales & Marketing, Product, Customer Support, HR, and Finance—to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Insightful Data Analysis: Lead projects that transform data into insights, predictions, and actionable recommendations to address business challenges.
• Visualization and Dashboard Development: Create compelling visualizations and user-friendly dashboards to effectively communicate insights.
• Data Platform Coordination: Define data requirements for pipelines and transformations, ensuring alignment with team standards.
• Optimization and Efficiency: Continuously seek ways to enhance processes, deliver insights, and promote self-service data access across the organization.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• 4+ years in a Senior Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst role.
• Ability to engage with business functions, identifying challenges and integrating data-driven solutions.
• Strong business acumen with a history of generating actionable insights that deliver value.
• Excellent communication skills with a knack for storytelling to translate insights into business language.
• Strong analytical skills, from data querying to visualization.
• Organizational skills to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

• Experience in data science (e.g., predictive analytics, machine learning).
• Background in training or mentoring team members on data-related topics.
• Comfortable discussing technical aspects with developers.
