Key Job Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle, from gathering client requirements to final delivery.
• Project Planning: Define technical requirements, specifications, and milestones, estimating costs for budget approvals.
• Development Oversight: Coordinate activities such as data collection, model training, and integration while ensuring quality assurance and drafting SOPs.
• Team Leadership: Guide and coach the project team to meet milestones and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Issue and Risk Management: Manage change requests, escalate issues, and suggest mitigation actions as necessary.
• Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact, providing support and aligning project outcomes with client expectations.

Collaborative Engagement

• Partner closely with Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Legal, HR, and third-party vendors to support project requirements.
• Engage with the client to maintain clear communication and ensure successful project outcomes.

Good to Have

• Hands-on experience with data science projects, image data processing, or computer vision.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client-facing project management specific to AI/ML projects.
• Strong knowledge in machine learning and data science.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
