      Principal Product Strategist

      Key Job Responsibilities

      • Lead the development of cohesive strategies across product teams and platforms.
      • Identify and analyze new market trends, opportunities, and potential threats to inform long-term strategic planning, including partnerships to advance the product roadmap.
      • Oversee the technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and tech priorities.
      • Address gaps in planning and execution to drive successful cross-functional initiatives.
      • Implement improvements in the technology operating structure and organizational composition to enhance agility and impact.
      • Contribute to talent development, focusing on enhancing both technical and interpersonal skills across teams.

      Essential Skills and Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
      • At least 8 years of experience in product management, strategy, or a similar role within tech or consulting.
      • Proficient in product metrics, funnel analytics, A/B testing, and data analysis.
      • Strong background in digital and web technologies, AI, machine learning, cloud-based systems, and emerging technology trends.
      • Proven experience in strategic planning and defining and driving product requirements.
      • Strong business acumen with a history of influencing senior management and presenting complex concepts effectively.
