GTM Specialist Solutions Architect – Serverless, ASEAN

Key Job Responsibilities

• Act as the customer advocate, channeling feedback from customers to product teams and curating custom features for unique customer needs.
• Provide in-depth technical expertise to unblock and support major business challenges for customers.
• Collaborate with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to provide technical guidance and contribute to GTM strategies.
• Lead technical events and share best practices via AWS blogs, reference materials, and speaking engagements at major events.
• Guide and support a community of technical experts and create enablement materials to aid in customer architecture integration.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of design/implementation/consulting experience in distributed applications.
• 3+ years in managing customer-facing technical resources.
• 3+ years of expertise in Serverless architecture and applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven history of technical consulting or architecture with large-scale enterprise customers.
• Experience with legacy-to-cloud migration or transformation.
• Familiarity with enterprise services, software development tools, and methodologies.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable with executive and developer-level discussions.
• AWS Solution Architecture certification or relevant cloud expertise.
• A Computer Science degree or relevant experience is highly desired.
