      Staff Product Manager, Core Platform Team

      Job Description
      As the Staff Product Manager for the Core Platform team, you will drive the success of a key platform within the company, focusing on product strategy, customer-centric solutions, and feature adoption. This role demands close collaboration with both internal teams and external partners to translate complex user challenges into actionable goals for engineering teams.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Develop and implement product strategy and roadmap for the platform.
      • Conduct market and user research to understand trends, user needs, and competition.
      • Communicate product strategy to stakeholders and drive the entire product lifecycle from ideation to adoption.
      • Collaborate with teams to define and implement features that add value.
      • Present product value and differentiation to stakeholders.
      • Define metrics to measure product success and feature performance.

      Minimum Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
      • Subject matter expertise in Application Integration, Data Integration, Workflow Automation, or similar fields.
      • Proven track record in delivering exceptional user experiences.
      • Skilled in leading technical discussions and presenting at industry events.
      • Analytical skills to interpret data insights from qualitative and quantitative analysis.
      • Experience in managing product development in fast-paced environments.
      • Leadership experience in cross-functional teams.
