      Job Description
      The Senior UX Designer will play a pivotal role in designing intuitive and effective experiences across a diverse portfolio of web applications and data platforms. Working with a focus on complex interaction challenges, this designer will lead design initiatives for new and existing products, transforming intricate workflows into user-friendly solutions that empower critical decision-making.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Develop cohesive application designs that simplify complex workflows and humanize product ideas.
      • Lead the design process in collaboration with product managers and engineers, iterating concepts through design exploration, ideation, and user validation.
      • Conduct user research activities, including usability testing, stakeholder interviews, and post-launch feedback, translating findings into actionable insights.
      • Balance user requirements with business needs, aligning design execution across the product and design teams.
      • Present design solutions to stakeholders, defend design decisions, and integrate feedback into the design cycle.
      • Promote design skills within the product team through collaboration, storytelling, and digital advocacy.

      Minimum Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in a field related to digital product design or development.
      • 5+ years of experience designing software solutions.
      • Strong skills in information architecture, interaction design, and visual design, with a focus on simplicity.
      • Proven ability to turn complex business challenges into simple, engaging design concepts.
      • Proficiency in digital design tools such as Sketch and Figma.
      • Awareness of software development processes and frontend technologies.

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
      • Experience in mentoring or growing others’ design skills is a plus.
