Job Title: Channel Sales Manager – APAC

Job Summary:

As a Channel Sales Manager, you will spearhead the expansion of the company’s channel program within the APAC market. You will collaborate with a variety of partners to drive pipeline growth, new customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires strong organizational skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to build and manage relationships with key partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy for APAC.
  • Manage pricing discussions and pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting.
  • Drive performance based on agreed metrics.
  • Cultivate relationships with new and existing channel partners.
  • Achieve quarter-over-quarter growth in channel-sourced pipeline, customer wins, and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop demand generation programs.
  • Conduct partner training and deliver product demonstrations.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitors and industry trends.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of channel experience in networking, monitoring, or security.
  • Located in Japan, Malaysia, or Singapore.
  • Fluency in English (Japanese and Malay are a plus).
  • Experience recruiting and developing channels in the APAC region.
  • Experience working with partners selling cloud transformation solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota selling to large accounts via partners.
  • Experience building a channel business in a high-growth company.
  • Technical curiosity and ability to position new technology.
  • Experience working with a comprehensive tool stack (SFDC, PRM, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
