Job Description A leading provider of automation, AI, and low-code solutions is seeking a Public Sector Account Director to join its dynamic team in Singapore. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with key decision-makers in the public sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the public sector.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, actively seeking to expand the client base.
  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling value propositions and effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions.
  • Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Accurately forecast sales performance and provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline progress.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.

  • Proficiency in sales CRM tools and other relevant software

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-8 years of relevant sales experience in the Singapore public sector
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Strong understanding of the public sector landscape, including key stakeholders and decision-making processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in relevant sales or technology domains
